The existing brandbook was outdated and incomplete. It didn’t cover enough ground for the teams relying on it, leading to inconsistent brand application across departments and channels. With multiple teams — from product to sales — producing their own materials, the need for a clear, comprehensive, and easy-to-navigate reference had become urgent.
Brandbook Update
A comprehensive update of the Screening Eagle brand guidelines — a living document used daily by Product, Marketing, HR, and Sales teams across the organisation.
The update went beyond a visual refresh. The hierarchy of primary logos was reviewed and clarified. New social media templates were created to cover the most frequent use cases. The layout of the document itself was restructured to make elements easier to find and understand — reducing the time it takes for any team member to get to what they need.
New design styles were defined for three distinct contexts: print, digital, and events. Each with its own rules, but all rooted in a unified visual language that works consistently across touchpoints.
A unified brand system that gives every team — Product, Marketing, HR, and Sales — a reliable, up-to-date reference. Faster design processes, fewer inconsistencies, and a document structured to grow with the brand.
